Coach
What separates me from every other personal trainer, coach or nutritionist. My journey to coaching hasn’t exactly been an orthodox one. I would certainly not say I’m cliche of someone that works in fitness.
Although I still compete at national level in my chosen sport of Powerlifting and I have broken multiple records at the divisional level. In 2024 I won both The British Masters 2 Title at U93kg then 2 weeks later at U83kg I won the All Englands title. I then went on to be selected to represent England in the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship in South Africa. I’ve competed at Strongman and trained in bodybuilding and multiple other sports. That’s where the stereotype stops.
A few years ago after a long hiatus from training and a career that demanded a lot of irregular hours, travelling and living out of a suitcase. I topped the scales at 21 stone 9 lbs (137Kg). Then after a health scare I decided to do something about it. As someone who had spent most of my youth in gyms and playing sports I thought going back to the gym would be easy. I found the whole experience terrifying. After just over a year & a half I dropped 11 stone (70Kg) taking me to 10 stone 9lbs (68Kg). How many coaches have been on both sides of the fitness fence? Plus I defied the odds and maintained a healthy lifestyle & weight.
Ok so getting myself back to health is one thing. I also have hundreds of proven results in coaching the average gym goer through to high level athletes achieve their targets & beyond their belief.
Truly empathies how hard it can be. I realise people have busy lives, family commitments, shift workers and some have to travel with work. I’ve worked and produced pretty impressive results with people who have never exercised & juggle schedules that are insane.
I can work with anyone in person or online or a hybrid of the two.
Why not contact me for a no obligation consultation and see how I can help you get to your goal of weight loss, athletic performance or nutritional simplicity that you can enjoy.

Wow! This is unbelievable. I have been formally invited to represent England as a M2 U83kg lifter to the Powerlifting Commonwealth Games in Sun City, South Africa in October. I have also been invited as a reserve to represent Team GB in the Masters World also in South Africa. I'm totally blown away.
In June I won both British Masters & the All Englands in 2 different weight categories. Tbh I'm still in shock from that.
When I think about my fitness journey over the past 15 years it all just seems surreal. At 21stones & 9lbs (305lbs / 137kg) barely being able to walk to representing England in the Commonwealth. I wasn't young when I started or remotely fit let alone healthy.
I hope this inspires others to start. Nothing is impossible if you persist. You don't need to get it right. But you do need to keep going. The only guarantee will be there will be ups and downs. Nothing worth achieving is easy.

Thousand of hours of Training People made me realise that to get the best results requires extensive education. There are plenty of coaches in the industry that get away with a basic Pt qualification.
Maybe due to imposter syndrome In the past 11 years I've spent over £90,000 on educating myself on Human Performance, Nutritional Intervention, Physique Transformation and Motivational and Psychological Techniques. I have learned from the best experts in the industry attending courses, further learning, seminars and mentorships. I've paid to learn from the best to be the best. I used scientifically proven systems to get optimal results.
