I've had well over a decades experience of working with gym clients. I've produced results with thousands of people. I understand the apprehensions you may have entering into a new fitness regime.
I'd say I have a good eye to assess where your fitness level is at right now and progress you at a rate comfortable for your level of experience.
I've had client stay with me for years for multiple reasons. Accountability, results, weight loss & just existing pain free.
Fitness is a broad term and means different things to different people. Many years ago I would do an initial consultation and the reason for joining the gym was because they wanted to get 'toned'. When I'd ask what they mean by 'toned' I don't think I have ever had the same explanation.
