1-2-1 Coaching - Single Session

£60.00

This is the singles session price fee.  Ideal if you just require a check in or an hour update. Not everyone needs continued training on a weekly basis. Depending on your experience or personal needs 1 session on an irregular basis might be more optimal for you.

1-2-1 Coaching - Monthly Option

£50.00

Minimum 2 x per month. If you require 2 or more sessions per month. This will be a great option for you. This also includes goal related assessments.

Online Monthly Coaching

Here is what's included  with your monthly fee.

Included

  • Strategic Program to improve your weaknesses. 
  • Weekly check-in, video review and feedback via zoom or facetime at an arranged time.
  • Email & Video support.
  • Any program updates (within 24 hours)
  • Basic nutrition advice 


What’s Required of You?

  • Fill out the program in real time & not from memory. Including weights, RPE, noted feedback in boxes provided.
  • Film all important lifts from a side angle ideally at waist height. Either email them or send via Whatsapp.
  • Keep me informed of any pain, injuries or excessive fatigue. Also let me know of any holidays, heavy workloads or life stresses that might affect training, 
  • Make sure recurring monthly payment has been set up. No further programs can be released until payment is complete.

Monthly Online Blended Coaching

£130.00

Here is what's included  with your monthly fee.

Included

  • 2 x 1 & a half hour session improving technique or running through progress issues. Must be taken within the calendar month at a state of the art facility.
  • Strategic Program to improve your weaknesses. 
  • Weekly check-in, video review and feedback via zoom or facetime at an arranged time.
  • Email & Video support.
  • Any program updates (within 24 hours)
  • Basic nutrition advice

Lift Analysis - 90 Mins Session

£80.00

This is a biomechanical assessment of the 3 main lifts. Looking at where technical breakdown occurs.


I can then advise on Short, Medium & Long term interventions we can put into place that either improve the breakdown or strengthen it.


Sometimes due to how your body is designed we are unable to change things. We can strengthen the weaker position.


A program is redundant if its not designed for you. This is included in some of the other coaching options. 

Monthly Nutritional Coaching

Mastering personal nutritional habits requires ongoing personal development. Nutrition structured to help your needs. What ever you want to achieve from weight loss, improved body composition, muscle gain or athletic performance. The nutrition package is designed to help you improve your personal structuring. Learn how to fuel your body.

  • Goal related assessments (callipers, measurements & re-Assessment)
  • Ongoing email support
