This is the singles session price fee. Ideal if you just require a check in or an hour update. Not everyone needs continued training on a weekly basis. Depending on your experience or personal needs 1 session on an irregular basis might be more optimal for you.

This is a biomechanical assessment of the 3 main lifts. Looking at where technical breakdown occurs.
I can then advise on Short, Medium & Long term interventions we can put into place that either improve the breakdown or strengthen it.
Sometimes due to how your body is designed we are unable to change things. We can strengthen the weaker position.
A program is redundant if its not designed for you. This is included in some of the other coaching options.
